Seeing each other again, laughing and talking shop was on the programme at the annual summer party of HSEQ Professional on & offshore GmbH. Colleagues from all over Germany came to HSEQ Professional on & offshore’s own academy in Wassenberg-Birgelen for two days. The academy is located just a short distance from the main site in Heinsberg.
The event was centred around the four values of HSEQ Professional: trust, communication, self-reflection and respect. The trainer and psychologist Oliver Vibrans led the team through a workshop that not only reflected and sharpened the values culture practised at HSEQ Professional on & offshore, but also developed it further. The colleagues discussed in small groups and worked together to refine their soft skills. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Oliver Vibrans, who led our HSEQ Professional team professionally and competently through a successful training session.
After the productive team building, the HSEQ Professional on & offshore team rounded off the day with a relaxed celebration. They ate, talked and celebrated together. The team event offered new colleagues in particular an ideal introduction to the HSEQ Professional family, into which they were warmly welcomed. A surprise from the management rounded off the evening at the academy.
The next morning provided an opportunity to network further and strengthen relationships until all team members travelled home again after lunch. The feedback within the team was consistently positive. The event had the effect of refocussing on the values and goals of HSEQ Professional as a team and continuing to pull together.
