We have maintained Level 4 of the Safety Culture Ladder!
It has been almost a year since HSEQ Professional became the first company in the consultancy and occupational safety sector to achieve Level 4 of the Safety Culture Ladder 2.0 (SCL 4). This was a shared success for our entire team, of which we are still very proud!
The SCL measures a company’s safety culture and safety awareness, classifying them into a total of five categories. The higher a company is ranked in the ladder system, the higher its safety and health awareness. In March of this year, NCI Certificering put us through our paces once again. Following numerous audits at both our headquarters in Heinsberg and our branch in Westerstede, we are now delighted to have successfully passed the first surveillance audit and to have retained Level 4 of the Safety Culture Ladder 2.0.
This certifies that our safety culture focuses on attitudes and behaviours, raising safety awareness and dealing with unforeseen events. Together, we look out for one another and strive to prevent unsafe situations, and we share the responsibility for working safely and consciously.
