Our employees are not only professionals when it comes to occupational safety – they also actively implement safety awareness themselves. A group of our team members from our North German projects therefore took part in a driver safety training course. Under the direction of Carsten Ehm, the HSEQ Professional office in Westerstede organised the training in coordination with the back office in Heinsberg. They practised emergency braking, evasive manoeuvres and other tasks in challenging weather and road conditions to improve their driving skills. They gained a lot of know-how and optimised their driving skills and awareness in road traffic.
This is important because many of our employees travel many kilometres by car every day – to construction sites, customers and other projects. This is why road safety is an integral part of our safety culture.
