On 15 December 2025, a new chapter begins. HSEQ Professional is now part of RelyOn, a global leader in training and compliance services. The successful closing and this strategic partnership mark a significant milestone in HSEQ Professional’s corporate history and open up new perspectives for the company and its clients.

In 2013, Guido Sanders founded HSEQ Professional and specialised the company in HSE management. Since then, it has grown in terms of personnel and continuously expanded its service portfolio, developing into a leading engineering and consulting firm. HSEQ Professional now as around 70 employees, two locations and its own academy, and for many years has played a strong role as a reliable partner in implementing major infrastructure projects for Germany’s large transmission system operators.

Now comes the next major step: RelyOn recognised in HSEQ Professional a strategically strong partner for combining their joint services in technical safety consulting and training into a holistic and value-oriented solutions portfolio for clients in the energy transition and infrastructure sectors. Through the acquisition, RelyOn aims to expand its electrical services and infrastructure consulting in Central Europe, while HSEQ Professional offers its employees new stability as well as career and training opportunities through its integration into the group.

HSEQ Professional’s proven capabilities remain unchanged: we continue to stand for technical excellence and practical, hands-on consulting. HSEQ Professional’s corporate leadership team, Guido Sanders and Dr Bastian Verhaelen, the entire staff and the office locations in Heinsberg and Westerstede will remain in their current structure under the RelyOn umbrella. HSEQ Professional will continue its activities, ongoing projects and partnerships under its established name – now with the added strength of an international network and access to global knowledge in the background.
